It's Saturday, where is everyone?

Good morning, ya'll.

I can't believe I'm first!! This morning I have a few errands to run and then I need to get my latest baby afghan finished!!

Next Friday I get my new shoulder. I am SOOOO excited. No more pain!  Well, no more after the pain related to the surgery. Hooray!!

My daughter has invited me to join her in FL for a few days in Oct. She has a work convention or some such there.  She doesn't like to stay in hotels rooms alone, so she usually invites someone. It's not always the same place. It has been Las Vegas, Hawaii, FL, CA, AK. I have gone a couple of times, sometimes her DH goes, or our DIL a couple of times. She will be in meetings during the day, I get to lay by the pool, have massages, read, etc. At night we go to a nice dinner and enjoy the local nightlife. She pays for my ticket there, the company pays for everything else. Such a rough life.  Such a wonderful daughter!!

I have been so busy with Gracie here I barely have time to do anything for myself...that is good!! Tomorrow I take her home....next week I will be back into my usual routine...not necessarily good....LOL

Where is everyone? It's after 11:30 here and hardly anyone has posted. Can't believe you're all sleeping yet ... hope you're out having fun.

Busy night at work ... two late football games, one that was at a stadium where the lights went out. Fun, fun, fun. Plus, there was the Saints preseason game. Oh, the high school games were preseason scrimmages ... can you imagine, preseason high school games that are meaningless too?

Your trip sounds fun ... would love someone to pay for me to go somewhere.

I woke up this morning thinking it was Sunday and my last day of work for the week; nope, it's Saturday and we have more preseason high school football games tonight.

I am glad you are going to get your new shoulder. I have some shoulder pain and I cant stand it at night!!!!!
When you come to Florida you will have to give me a shout. Where will you be?
I am working my sweet shift today from 7p to 11p. Working all day tomorrow then Monday off. I am going to go and help run the support group in Lake City. I havent been there in a long time.
Gilbert my new chawauwau is doing great now. He is a fiesty little guy.

Just got back from the ER...my youngest of the twin girls is pregnant and started bleeding...scared her

She seems to be ok..on bedrest for now
So I'm home and washing the walls in my house..OMG who knew walls could get so dirty!!!!

I joined the gym with Annette...going on Wed. to learn about the machines and which ones I should be using and how...still doing water aerobics...LOVE IT !!!
Not much else going on ...its a lovely day here..not too hot and not too cool..just right.

Well back to the walls...
